A Planning Application has been APPROVED by Babergh District Council from Persimmon Homes for 100 homes land east of Longfield Road off Little Tufts.
The Capel St Mary Parish Council has not previously been involved with developers taking the decision not to meet outside of public meetings, however due to the creation of a Neighbourhood Plan in which it is encouraged that there be open communication with developers the Parish Council has changed their approach and will now be open to discussions.
These meetings are in no way a pre-determination or approval of any application and we will continue to represent our residents as instructed with support from Planning Consultants where necessary. All views expressed are without prejudice.
